Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order, Monday through Friday. Orders within Canada are shipped using Canada Post, and will include a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages that have been delayed by Canada Post.

We offer 14 days for exchange or store credit on clothing. Purses and all other items can be returned for a refund for up to 14 days after receiving. We do not cover return shipping costs. Please return items to:

Shipping within Canada on orders up to $200 is $12. Shipping is free on orders within Canada over $200. For shipping on orders to the US, a flat fee of $25 USD applies.
