General Return Policy
In-Store Purchases:
- Regular-priced items: Items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Exchange or store credit within 14 days. In order to receive a refund, items must be unworn and in its original, new condition with all tags attached.
- Final Sale: All sale items, items purchased during a sale, bodysuits, and earrings.
In-Store Pick-Ups:
- Same return rules as in-store purchases.
- If you can't pick up your order in time for returns, consider choosing shipping.
Gift Certificates are final sale.
Online Orders
- Items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Exchange or store credit within 14 days.
- In order to receive a refund, items must be unworn and in it’s original, new condition with all tags attached.
- Final Sale: All sale items, items purchased during a sale, bodysuits, and earrings.
- Please include your name + order # or receipt in return packages.
- Once approved, a refund or store credit will be issued and sent via email or text.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and are paid by the customer.
- For returns over $75, we suggest using tracked or insured shipping.
Holiday Returns
- Items bought between Nov 18 – Dec 24 are eligible for exchange or credit until Jan 8 the following year.
- All standard return conditions must still be met (items unused, tags attached).
Boxing Day (Dec 26–27)
- No returns, exchanges, or price adjustments in-store or online.

Gifts
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.
- If not marked as a gift or shipped to the buyer first, any return credit goes to the gift giver.
Final Sale Items
- All sale and promo items, gift cards, and gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
